It’s been awhile since I’ve done Yoga, I have the mat close by ready to stretch out and breathe. I once owned the block and strap (holding these items tighter than my commitment to this practice).
I shared with my Mom this past Saturday, that I’ve struggled with boundaries for years and the process has been painful.
I am so happy and grateful that I had the opportunity to chat with my cousin this week. You know one of those cousins that you meet on Day One, and you all click like best friends.
