||103||: It’s my Birthday 🥳 31 And Beyond ♾

3 Lifestyle Changes I want to Maintain, 31 and Beyond ♾
  • Connect with Higher Self, God within.
  • Think Big: Pursue Great Things, Ask and You Shall Receive.
  • Maintain Wholesome Relationships with love as we encourage each other to be our authentic selves, to live according to our purpose.

I’ve been full of pride, shame and self sabotage in the past, this is history. The future T, asks, prepares and continues working on the prize. It’s my purpose to care for others, to work with those who are hurting and misunderstood. To be with those who need counsel, an ear to listen and arms to hold. I identify with those individuals because I was once in a space where I felt closed in and alone. There’s a way out and this too shall pass, are words that are true even though not believed during those times.

Effective Prayer

7“Keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you. 8For everyone who asks, receives. Everyone who seeks, finds. And to everyone who knocks, the door will be opened.

— Matthew 7:7-8 NLT

I believe in prayer in the sense that you are repeating words to yourself and to the Universe about what you believe and what you want to see in the physical and spiritual world. I believe that we complicate things and that we are praying more than we realize.

Today, I wish myself a happy birthday, wholeness, love, peace, grit and a heart of gratitude each and every day. I am granted another opportunity to reflect on who I am today and what I want to share with others. I find prayer is most effective when I clearly share in the most detailed manner what I desire, and then believe the outcome will come to fruition. I believe, feel it and breathe knowing that great things are on the way, then I move in the direction of the outcome.

Here I am. What will I do with the tools in my hand? What will I do with the breath in my lungs? I am here to worship and celebrate life, one day at a time.
