Each morning I focus on gratitude, it’s a morning routine that has helped my depressive moments. I literally have to search my memory bank and look around at where I am now, it puts life a positive perspective for me.
This morning I expressed on my IG stories that struggle with ADHD, my morning and bedtime routine isn’t always successful. As I’m sharing and being authentic, here are few quotes to remind and encourage us to pause and reflect on the good, to train ourselves to be more content.
